* Ts & Cs applicable for 1/3/4 week express course in CBT&A/VORT.
** 1/3/4 Week Driving Course/Express Course via CBT&A/VORT is only applicable if you are free anytime for 1/3/4 weeks minimum & everyday between 8AM-6PM. You have to accommodate to all offered classes and not reject any offered classes. You may also be subject to long training hours up to 5 hours per day max if needed. The time frame mentioned above is best attempt, the overall progress depends on how quick you learn and meet the criteria set out as per Driving Companion Logbook or VORT manual.

Any Lesson Cancellation without 72 Hrs notice will be charged at full price.

Refund Policy
There are no refund given for any pre-booked VORT which are booked with DIT via AE(Contractor). We would love to offer full refund for pre-booked VORT but DIT themselves do not offer refund for cancellations or amendments; they also do not allow us to book another client for your spot unless it is 2 clear days in advance. We offer partial refund on case by case basis if the package was partially used. In cases where you have changed your mind half way through the training and breached the agreement then the partial refund will be calculated based on full lesson price; not according to the discounted price. The school will deduct the full lesson prices and any quotation/planning cost up to 499.00 AUD from money paid and the rest will be refunded back to same bank account. Also note that the card facility provider does take 10-15 business days to complete the full refund procedure from the day we finalize it from our end.
1 DAY VORT COURSE CONDITION FOR SUBSEQUENT VORTs in VORT packages: Further free VORT attempt (where applicable and advertised) allowed only after 14 days minimum if you are on L permit or 3 days if you have Temporary Driving Permit (overseas license conversion) depending upon our works schedule.
CBT&A/VORT Courses : Just because you pay online that doesn't guarantee the time frame and completion of the course. We will assess your driving on case by case basis on first lesson and then will confirm the future plan if we can deliver the service. If we can not deliver the results in requested time frame then we will discuss alternative options to move forward or just provide a refund as per our refund policies. We are very committed to maintain the required standards set by Motor Registrar. We follow guidelines set out in Rules Governing Authorised Examiners.
